1. About Piirox

Piirox is a technology platform that enables peer-to-peer currency exchange between users. Piirox is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter. All exchanges occur directly between users, and Piirox does not take custody of funds or provide financial advice.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to use the Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Notify Piirox immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or illegal activity
• Misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform

Piirox may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Piirox facilitates peer-to-peer transactions but is not a party to them. By initiating or accepting a transaction, you acknowledge:

• Piirox does not guarantee the completion, legality, or suitability of any transaction
• Amounts, fees, and exchange rates are determined by the users involved
• You assume all risks related to the transaction, including fraud and currency volatility
• Piirox may charge a service fee, disclosed before confirmation

6. Compliance and Verification

To comply with legal obligations, Piirox may require identity verification and perform KYC/AML checks. You consent to our use of your information for these purposes.

7. Fees and Charges

Piirox may charge fees for certain transactions or services. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

8. No Financial Services

Piirox does not provide banking, investment, or remittance services. The platform does not guarantee exchange rates or returns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piirox is not liable for:

• Losses from user errors, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Services
• Damages from delays, interruptions, or failures of the Services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that peer-to-peer currency exchange carries risks, including fraud, loss of funds, and exchange rate fluctuations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piirox, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology on Piirox are owned by or licensed to Piirox. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.

13. Termination

Piirox may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Delaware, and the language shall be English.

• Arbitration is the exclusive method of resolving disputes
• You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

Piirox may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and will become effective upon posting.
